Shipping Rates

For the following shipping rates, A-Z Toy Hobby (we) will choose the shipping carrier and shipping method at its own discretion. Expect average shipment times to range from 1-6 days.

Flammable paint, aerosol, cement, glue and other hazardous products are restricted to ship inside the US. They cannot be shipped to APO address.

The shipping method will be determined by us at our discretion. If there is a need for faster service, please contact us at info@aztoyhobby.com after placing your order. 

$9.99 Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping is applied only for 48 US lower states and no PO Box. You will be invoiced for extra cost (if any) for shipping to US Protectorates, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and military addresses, and PO Boxes.

Oversize products are not applied for flat rate shipping.

Local Pickup

If you're in Houston Texas, we offer local pickup. Upon checking out, select the 'Pickup' option and you will receive instructions on how the pickup procedure works.

Delivery

When placing an order, you agree that carriers can leave the package at a convenience location (mailbox, mail parcel, porch, front door, etc.). You can contact us if you would like a signature confirmation.

Lost/Stolen Packages

A-Z Toy Hobby is responsible only packages that are lost during transit. We will refund or ship replacement packages if they are lost during transit.
We are not responsible for any stolen packages that are delivered. We will file claims with carriers. The problem resolution is depends on carriers investigations and decisions.
