Gundam
Gundam model kits—commonly known as Gunpla (a portmanteau of "Gundam Plastic Model")—are scale plastic model kits depicting the mecha, mobile suits, and characters from Bandai's long-running Mobile Suit Gundam anime franchise.
Key Features
-
Snap-Fit Assembly: Modern Gunpla kits require no glue or cement. The molded plastic pieces snap together securely.
-
Pre-Colored Plastic: Parts are molded in their respective colors on multi-colored plastic runners, meaning kits look great right out of the box without requiring paint.
-
High Articulation: Built kits feature internal skeletons (on higher grades) and polycap joints, allowing for dynamic posing and display options.
Gundam Assemble
Bandai Gundam Assemble brings the high-octane mecha combat of the iconic Mobile Suit Gundam universe directly to the tabletop as an immersive miniature skirmish game. Combining the strategic depth of tactical wargaming with Bandai's renowned hobby kit engineering, the game allows players to command custom strike forces of micro-scale Mobile Suits across grid-based or free-form terrain battlefields.
Key Features & Gameplay Overview
- Assemble & Customize: Miniatures require light assembly and offer full custom painting potential, bridging the gap between classic Gunpla model-building and tabletop wargaming.
- Squad Building & Point Values: Players draft custom battle groups balancing high-cost ace units (such as the RX-78-2 Gundam or MSN-04 Sazabi) alongside mass-produced support units like Zaku IIs and GM squads.
- Tactical Combat Mechanics: Gameplay emphasizes line-of-sight targeting, elevation control, thruster heat management, and directional armor damage. Weapons range from close-quarters Beam Sabers to devastating long-range Mega Particle Cannons.
- Pilot Synergies & Abilities: Legendary pilots bring unique command skills, Newtype intuition triggers, and tactical buffs to their assigned Mobile Suits.
- Cinematic Scenarios: Recreate iconic operational conflicts from the Universal Century and alternate timelines, or compete in balanced competitive objective-control matches.
Whether you are an avid miniature wargamer or a lifelong Gundam enthusiast, Bandai Gundam Assemble delivers a rich fusion of hobby modeling, deep tactical strategy, and cinematic Mecha warfare.
Safety Warning: Products may contain sharp points, small parts, choking hazards, and other elements not suitable for children under 14 years old.
Hazardous products like paint, cement, glue, thinner, etc. must be shipped by ground (USPS First Class Package, USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground) inside the U.S only.
