Large-capacity refill pack for replenishing the DUST ZERO™ container when the gel is used up.
Features:
- Restores Sanding Performance: Optimized viscosity and adhesion allow the gel to penetrate deep into abrasive grains, removing dust and restoring sanding performance.
- Continuous Usability: High moisture retention prevents the gel from drying for over 24 hours, maintaining dust absorption performance and allowing use without interrupting workflow.
- Integrated Gel Tray Lid: Includes a tray-style lid that can be used to hold the gel during use, helping keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Fragrance-Free Formula: Unlike typical gel products, its high-quality material blend and fragrance-free design provide a cleaner and more comfortable experience during use.
- Economical Long-Term Use: Separately available 500g refill packs support continued use of the original tray-style container, offering a more economical solution for long-term use.
How to use:
- Use on the Tray Lid: Place the required amount of gel onto the tray lid before use. If dust sticks to the gel, knead and mix it for continued use. When its dust pickup performance decreases, discard and replace it with new gel.
- Sanding Dust Removal: Firmly press the abrasive surface into the gel to remove dust. Slightly bending flexible sanding products helps remove deeply embedded dust more effectively. For fine polishing tools like BALANCER™, sanding performance can be maintained for more than three times longer.
- Removing Runner Debris from Nippers: Lightly press the nipper blades into the gel to remove stuck runner debris. Regular cleaning prevents clogging in the hinge area, ensuring smooth operation and extending the life of the nippers.
- Dust Removal from Parts: Lightly touch the part to the gel to remove dust. Avoid pressing too hard or rubbing the surface, as the gel may stick to roughened part surfaces.
Important notes:
- Do Not Use on Painted Parts: Do not use the gel on sanded painted surfaces, as it may transfer onto sanded areas or weakened paint layers. Use extra caution on matte painted surfaces.
- Use on the Tray Lid: Do not place the gel directly on surfaces during use, as it may transfer onto clothing and become difficult to remove. For safer use, the included tray lid is recommended.
- Discard Contaminated Gel: Do not return contaminated gel to the container. Dispose of gel that no longer picks up dust effectively or has become contaminated.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aztoyhobby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to return the item. If the problem is at our end, we will send you a return shipping label.

Opened Items
Opened items are not eligible for returns, includes:
- Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging.
- Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened.
- Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue). Store credit can also be issued on level of the damage of the item.
Minor cosmetic paint issues and package condition cannot be qualified as a defective product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of the products, consumables are not returnable. This includes all paints, putties, aerosols, and other liquid-based products. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) also are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done before the package is shipped. Once it is shipped out, please refer to returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unless the problem is at our end, there may be a 15% fee for return of any order; and shipping cost will not be refunded.
Part Requests
If you spot a missing part, contact us within 30 days with photos of your unused runners so we can assist with replacements. Please note that we cannot offer replacements, returns, or refunds for kits that have already been partially built or after the 30-day mark.
Please note that replacement parts are often sourced directly from manufacturers. Because of this, processing and fulfillment times can vary, and some parts may take up to 3 months or longer to receive depending on availability and manufacturer response times.
If a requested replacement part cannot be obtained within a reasonable time frame, we will contact you directly to discuss available options:
- A refund for the affected part, or item.
- A store credit or discount toward a future purchase
