The classic essential for detail-up items, the Minus Mold, has been updated. It now features brass material combined with plating, replacing the previous stainless steel base. This material upgrade enhances processing quality. Additionally, the plating adds a shiny finish that improves compatibility with other products.

To install, drill a hole that matches the shaft diameter at the desired spot and secure the part in place. For bonding to model bodies or other components, using cyanoacrylate adhesive or clear epoxy glue is recommended. Before painting, clean and degrease the parts with ethanol or a similar solution, then apply a metal primer prior to using model paints. Alternatively, you can attach them after painting to hide the mounting holes and simplify detailed color separation work.
