The Sd.Kfz.251/1 Ausf.B German Armoured Personnel Carrier was the main transport vehicle for the German Wehrmacht. Developed by Hanomag in 1938, it was based on the Sd.Kfz.11 artillery tractor and went into serial production the following year. With 23 versions available for different needs, the 251/1 was the standard transport vehicle for German motorized infantry and could hold one squad of soldiers.
