A Quick Note Before You Buy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please keep the following policy details in mind:

• Colors & Paint: Photos show professionally painted samples. Final product colors may vary due to display settings.

• Box Condition: Third-party packaging may occasionally arrive with small dents or minor flaws.

• Inspecting Your Kit: Please check all runners as soon as your package arrives. If you spot a missing part, contact us within 30 days with photos of your unused runners so we can assist with replacements. Please note that we cannot offer replacements, returns, or refunds for kits that have already been partially built or after the 30-day mark.

• LED: Please test this item prior to installation and take a photo during testing. Most product issues stem from damage during assembly. Pre-installation photos allow us to honor warranty replacements for defective items. Please note: damage caused during the build process is not eligible for replacement.
• Blind Box:

  • Random Selection: Each order contains one random design. Specific styles cannot be chosen.

  • Full Boxes: To buy a full display box, select the total box quantity indicated in the product title. This improves your chances of getting a full set, but does not guarantee it.

  • Final Sale: All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aztoyhobby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to return the item. If the problem is at our end, we will send you a return shipping label.

Opened Items

Opened items are not eligible for returns, includes:

• Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging.
• Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened.
• Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue). Store credit can also be issued on level of the damage of the item.

Minor cosmetic paint issues and package condition cannot be qualified as a defective product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of the products, consumables are not returnable. This includes all paints, putties, aerosols, and other liquid-based products. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) also are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done before the package is shipped. Once it is shipped out, please refer to returns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unless the problem is at our end, there may be a 15% fee for return of any order; and shipping cost will not be refunded.

Part Requests

If you spot a missing part, contact us within 30 days with photos of your unused runners so we can assist with replacements. Please note that we cannot offer replacements, returns, or refunds for kits that have already been partially built or after the 30-day mark.

Please note that replacement parts are often sourced directly from manufacturers. Because of this, processing and fulfillment times can vary, and some parts may take up to 3 months or longer to receive depending on availability and manufacturer response times.

If a requested replacement part cannot be obtained within a reasonable time frame, we will contact you directly to discuss available options:

• A refund for the affected part, or item.
• A store credit or discount toward a future purchase
