This 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit is a precise depiction of the Grumman F-14A Tomcat, featuring a fuselage length of 398mm and a maximum wingspan of 408mm. Designed with access to real F-14A Tomcats, it offers exceptional accuracy. The model showcases a variable sweep wing that moves realistically, along with two sets of interchangeable parts for depicting wing positions. To ensure lifelike details, slide molding was used for the canopy, air intake side, and fuselage side. Poly caps allow the horizontal stabilizers to move, while separate parts are provided for the fuel probe and ladder. The kit also includes two U.S. marking schemes and one for the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force.
