The fuselage of this 1/48 scale Tamiya 61127 model kit is molded with precise detail, including realistic Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) on the surface. You have the option to choose from a variety of parts such as deployed or folded wingtips, an air fuel probe, canopy, weapons bay doors, and a boarding ladder. The control surfaces are accurately depicted in a downward position, and the kit also includes wheel chocks. For added realism, pylons and a lower fuselage gun pod (detachable with RCS enhancers) are included. The model can be built in three different modes: stealth, air-to-air, or full ordnance. It also comes with an impressive array of ordnance options, including Sidewinder missiles, AMRAAM missiles, Paveway II bombs, and JDAM bombs. The kit also includes masking stickers for the canopy and a pilot figure wearing a Helmet-Mounted Display (HMD).
